Dear People Whom God Loves,
It easily happens to us that sometimes we believe in the truth of our religion and practice the rituals without it deeply changing our lives. This does not mean that we are bad people or bad Catholics. But there is so much more.
There are two things which help us to be drawn into the deeper reality that is Love (God). One is our doing acts of kindness, charity, and justice. The other is quiet prayer or meditation. Indeed, the two go hand in hand.
I invite you to take part in our book study. The book we will be using is Prayerfulness, Awakening to the Fullness of Life. This can be of great help on our spiritual journey. On this journey we will learn much about ourselves and it will give us the opportunity to allow the Love we call God to dissolve the ways we block our spiritual growth. This is not easy, but it is wonderful.
Let us allow Love to transform us.
